Its Permuted Press that does these cool zombie anthologies one of which (at least) features a McKinney tale, just in case anyone is interested. I loved the anthology Monstrous (also PP) which is all short stories featuring large monsters. They aren't all winners, some are in fact pretty poor, but there are gems among them.
